14-day website trial terms
These terms apply to the Smart Growth Travel website trial. Creating an owner account means you agree to them. They are for one travel agency workspace on this platform, not a traveller booking service.
What the trial includes
- One owner account with required multi-factor authentication.
- A 14-day Basic plan, a starter website, and a managed platform URL.
- Website enquiries, packages, proposals, and team invitations.
What it does not include
- Traveller checkout or traveller payments.
- Automated subscription billing. Plans are assigned by a platform operator.
- A customer-owned domain until DNS is verified and a platform operator approves it.
After 14 days
If a paid plan is not assigned, the subscription enters a 7-day grace period. The public website can stay live during grace. After grace, the workspace becomes read-only and the public website is taken offline until an operator assigns a plan.
Your responsibilities
You must use accurate business details, keep the owner mailbox under your control, and publish only content and media you have the right to use. Custom domain traffic stays off until approval.
